Information regarding the "CD Purchase Ticket" distribution using the LINE app for the "Untitled" release event.

To alleviate congestion at the venue for the release event of our major debut single "Title Undecided," we will be implementing a "CD purchase ticket system" using the LINE app.
 
If you wish to purchase a CD, please be sure to read the entire notice to the end and then apply for a numbered ticket.
 
As the number of products and bonus tickets is limited, purchases and distribution will end once the maximum number for each day is reached. The "CD purchase ticket" does not guarantee that the customer will be able to purchase the product.

・We will provide separate information to customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" on the day of the event or who wish to purchase additional tickets, but since the bonus tickets are limited, we recommend that you apply for a numbered ticket in advance.
・Depending on the status of the bonus tickets, customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket" may not be offered additional purchase information.
・Please download the LINE app (free) in advance. If you do not have the LINE app, you may not be asked to purchase additional items.
・The scheduled assembly time will also be announced when your ticket number is announced.
 
 

[How to apply for a CD purchase ticket]

1. Add "BUDDiiS" as a friend via the link
2. Tap "Apply for release event ticket" in the message
3. Turn on all required items and tap "Allow"
4. Tap "Open" for your desired date
5. Tap "Apply"
6. Tap "OK"

*Please note that simply adding a friend does not complete your application. Please be sure to complete the application process.

[How to use the "CD purchase ticket" on the day]

The organization number will be displayed on the announcement day.
(You will not receive notifications from LINE, so please check by tapping on the banners or similar elements within the message.)
2. Please be sure to check your own registration number and calling status, and come to the CD sales area by the scheduled time indicated on your ticket.
3. You will receive a message on LINE when you are able to enter. Please show the LINE chat screen to the staff at the entrance to the CD sales area. The staff will tap your screen and authenticate the QR code.

*The call number currently being called will be displayed in real-time on your ticket. Please note that you cannot enter the CD sales area or wait at the venue before the scheduled gathering time.
 
 

[Notes for those who have numbered tickets for application, operation, and CD purchase]

・The "CD purchase ticket" is free.
・One application per person (up to one device). (Multiple applications using multiple devices are not permitted.) Customers with multiple devices may be contacted by staff.
・If you have a numbered ticket, you will only be able to line up once. In previous events, we have seen many cases where one person has applied multiple times (lined up multiple times) using multiple devices. This is a setting to allow as many customers as possible to participate, so please be sure to follow this rule.
・Applications and ticket issuing can only be done via smartphone. Showing the chat screen on a tablet device such as an iPad on the day of the event will not be valid.
・On the day of the event, customers with CD purchase tickets will be guided to the CD merchandise booth in the order of their serial numbers. Customers without purchase tickets will be able to purchase after the mini live ends, but please note that the maximum number of bonus tickets may already have been issued.
If you hold a purchase ticket and arrive late at the designated time, you will be prioritized for guidance if the announcements for numbers after yours have already started. However, please note that depending on your arrival time, we may not be able to guarantee the distribution of CDs, priority viewing area tickets, or participation tickets for the desired special event.
・When purchasing a CD, you will need to apply for a purchase ticket for each person, even if you are a family member, friend, or companion. For children under elementary school age who do not have a smartphone, we will guide them together if their guardian has a numbered ticket.
・One person can purchase a CD per numbered ticket. (Purchases with companions are not permitted; purchases can only be made by the person holding the numbered ticket.)
・On the day of the event, you will receive a notification on LINE when your number becomes available for entry. (The QR code will not be displayed until you are available for entry.)
・You cannot take a screenshot of the QR code screen. It is also not permitted to transfer or resell the ticket to others.
・On the day of entry, we will check that the numbered ticket is not a screenshot. We will refuse entry to those who have a screenshot or who have resold or transferred the ticket. If fraud is confirmed, you will be refused participation in future events.
・Purchased tickets do not have a distribution function, so they cannot be transferred to other people. Purchased tickets cannot be canceled or transferred even if you are unable to attend the event.
・We may ask you to verify your identity, so please be sure to bring your ID with you.
・To prevent fraud, staff may check the LINE notification screen regarding the issuance of numbered tickets, so please be careful not to remove your friend additions or delete the notification screen until the end of the event. Staff may also check if you have multiple smartphones.
・On the day of the event, the serial number being called will be displayed on the front of your ticket in real time. Please be sure to check your serial number and the calling status, and come to the CD sales area at the scheduled meeting time shown on the front of your ticket.
・After sales begin, call times may vary depending on the situation.
・If you do not have a smartphone or the LINE app, you will not be able to apply for a CD purchase ticket.
・It will be possible to check whether or not issued tickets have been used. If it is confirmed that a user is causing a nuisance to other customers, such as issuing tickets when they are not actually attending the event, we will not be able to issue tickets to that user or allow them to participate in future events.
