(When entering, you can choose to proceed to either the first floor area or the second floor area. Please note that there is a limited amount of space in each area, so you may not be able to enter the area of your choice.)
・On the day of the event, in consideration of safety concerns such as rushing into the venue when it opens, customers wishing to watch from the 2nd and 3rd floor areas (excluding the 2nd floor front area) will be allowed to enter before opening.
If you are coming before the facility opens, please line up at the outdoor Noki Park on the 1st floor (northwest entrance side) of Seven Park Tenbi. We plan to guide people in order starting from around 9:30.
Pre-opening admission will close once the last person in line has entered the building.

・Once you enter, you will not be able to move to other floors or leave the venue, or to purchase CDs, etc., until the facility opens at 10:00.
・Visitors on the 2nd and 3rd floors are not permitted to use seats or chairs. Leaving your belongings behind and leaving the area for an extended period of time is also prohibited. If you need to leave the area to use the restroom, buy a CD, etc., please make sure to check in with those in front, behind, and on either side of you, and share the space with other customers to avoid any issues later on.

- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.

If staff determine that you are causing a nuisance to other customers, you may be warned.
[Important Notes Regarding the Farewell Event]
- Leaning in front of the members or touching them is prohibited.
Dangerous behavior, loud conversations, and calling out to others are all prohibited.
The farewell event will proceed in a manner where participants will walk continuously in a single line without stopping, so please follow the staff's instructions and move along promptly.
・You may not stop to talk to the members, ask them to call you by name, ask them to pose, etc. Stopping to show messages written on your hands or arms is also prohibited.
・You will not be allowed to participate while holding any objects in your hands, such as a fan or board.
・Participants aged elementary school age and older will need one "Farewell Event Participation Ticket" per person.
・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
・If you are bringing a preschool child, please hold them in your arms rather than using a stroller or walking.
・If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.
・Staff may touch your shoulders or arms to guide you.
・Bringing large baggage to the event is prohibited, so please use nearby coin lockers beforehand.
*Please make sure to put electronic devices such as cell phones, smartphones, and smart watches in the back of your bag before participating. You will not be allowed to participate while wearing a cell phone or smartphone on your shoulder or a smart watch.
・In general, you will be asked to bring your belongings with you to the event, but any items deemed dangerous by staff will be temporarily stored before you begin. However, please note that the venue, management, and organizers will not be held responsible in any way if your belongings are lost or stolen.
▼Notes regarding 3 or 4-shot photo sessions
- One photo will be taken with the designated members (2 or 3 people) and the customer.
- Both the members and the customers will be seated during the photo shoot.
・Participants aged elementary school age and older will need one "3 or 4-shot photo session participation ticket" per person.
If a preschool-aged child is participating, one child per parent/guardian is allowed to participate.
・If you are bringing a preschool child, please carry them in your arms rather than using a stroller or walking.
We regret that we cannot allow photography of members only, excluding customers.
- Poses cannot be specified, and the members' poses will be announced on social media on the day.
Holding items such as merchandise during photography is prohibited. Additionally, if you participate with items hanging from your clothing that staff deem inappropriate, you may be denied participation or asked to temporarily store your belongings.
・Please make sure to put all electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, and smartwatches other than the device you will be taking photos in the back of your bag before participating. You will not be allowed to participate while wearing a mobile phone, smartphone on your shoulder, or smartwatch.
- Photography will be conducted using the customer's own devices, which can include mobile phones with camera functions, smartphones, or tablets. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. Please ensure that your camera app is ready to launch before lining up for the event.
・We will handle mobile phones with the utmost care, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.
- The camera mode during the shoot will be the normal camera mode. The use of apps is prohibited.
Actions such as making members carry items, wear items, or squat are prohibited.
The acts of touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, moving directly behind members, and sitting or squatting are prohibited.
・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
During the filming, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please understand that items deemed dangerous by the staff will be temporarily held before filming. Participation with items such as fans or boards is also not allowed.
・If you are using an iPhone device (or any other iOS device), please hand your camera over to the camera reception staff with the home screen displayed, not with the camera turned on. The staff will check and operate the device to ensure that the screen recording and audio recording functions are not activated. Please note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of recording the screen. Therefore, if the screen recording function is activated when the staff checks the device after collecting the bonus ticket, they will assume that this is an attempt to intentionally record a video of the bonus event, disrupting the smooth running and progress of the event, and will disable the recording function and return the device to you without recording the bonus event. In this case, the bonus ticket will be collected and cannot be returned.
- Any recording other than still images during or after shooting (i.e. video recording, audio recording, screen capture functions (e.g. iOS Live Photos function, screen recording function, etc.)) will be deleted and the device will be returned to you as is.
・Please make sure to turn off the "Predictive Shooting" function on your Xperia mobile device. To check the setting status, check "Predictive Shooting" in the "Premium Auto" settings menu. Shooting is not possible when it is set to "Auto." Please make sure to set it to "Disabled" (OFF) or shoot in normal shooting mode.
・In order to confirm the settings, the order in which you are guided to take photos may change in some cases.
・If on-site staff suspect that you are using a function other than the screen recording function, you may be asked to close all running apps. If you are currently working on your device, be sure to save your work and close the app before lining up, making sure that no apps other than the camera are running. (Please do this yourself before taking photos. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur due to closing apps.)
・Retakes are not permitted as a general rule. Staff may ask you to take a new photo at their discretion. In that case, the new photo will be taken first, and then the original photo data will be completely deleted. If you are using an iPhone, we will also ask you to delete it from your recently deleted files folder. If you leave the special event space, we will not be able to assist you even if you return. Please be sure to check the photo immediately after taking it.
・Please turn off all live shooting functions, flash, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth on your smartphone and hand it over to staff.
Depending on the angle, staff and equipment may appear in the background. Additionally, moving the shooting location is not permitted.
・We will generally take photos that include the entire body of the members and customers, but depending on the situation on the day, we may have to adjust the angle of view so that their legs or shoulders are cut off.
Please be aware that customers who have finished their shoot or those who are not part of the shoot are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.
▼Notes regarding special events and other events in general
・We will not accept letters or gifts for artists due to infection control measures.
- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.
