Apology and Announcement Regarding BUDDiiS vol.11 Hall Tour – FLORiiA – Hyogo Performance

It has come to our attention that, at BUDDiiS vol.11 Hall Tour – FLORiiA – Hyogo performance, tickets that should have been sold as "standing room only" were mistakenly sold as "reserved seating."

For affected customers, Ticket Pia has sent an email to the email address registered at the time of purchase with the following options: ① full refund, or ② transfer to standing room only (with a refund of the difference of 500 yen).

We sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience and trouble caused to customers who had originally planned to watch the performance from reserved seats.

We will review our management system and take measures to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future.
