At the +KIRARI booth at the "BUDDiiS vol.11 Hall Tour - FLORiiA -" additional performances held on June 6th (Sat) and June 7th (Sun), we will be distributing exclusive benefits BUDDiiS "+KIRARI" 12-month plan subscribers!

Members of BUDDiiS member individual fan community "+KIRARI" who sign up for the 12-month plan will receive one original clear card (one of nine designs available, exclusive to +KIRARI registered members) as a gift!
Those wishing to redeem their rewards should present their <Digital Membership Card> at the +KIRARI booth.
The redemption process will be carried out using the QR code on your digital membership card.
*Example: If you are subscribed to the 12-month plan for "Fumino's Room" or "Kevibadi Imoko-n," you will receive one original clear card each of FUMINORI and KEVIN.

*Please note that we do not handle membership registration or payments at the +KIRARI booth. Please complete your payment on our website beforehand before coming to the booth.
*Please make sure to complete the procedure yourself, as having someone else complete it on your behalf may cause problems.
*Those who join on the day of the performance can also exchange their tickets.
*One ticket will be distributed per community over the two days of June 6th (Sat) and June 7th (Sun).

If you are currently paying via "app payment" or are on a "3-month plan," or if you are considering becoming a new member, please follow the steps below to change to a "12-month plan" beforehand.

4. Log in to +KIRARI
*Please do not create a new account; be sure to log in with your existing account.
5. Confirm that "12-month pack is displayed" and press "Purchase".
6. Press "Next"
Change to 12-month plan complete.
■ How to cancel Apple ID payment
1. Open the App Store
2. Press the icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select a subscription
4. Select the community you want to cancel.
5. Press "Cancel Subscription".

■ How to cancel Google account payments
1. Launch the Google Play Store.
2. Tap the account icon to display the menu.
3. Select "Payments and Subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" from the menu.
4. Select the community you wish to cancel.
5. Click "Cancel Subscription" in "Manage Subscriptions," select a reason for cancellation, and click "Next."
6. Click "Cancel Subscription".

*After completing the plan change, please check that your current plan is set to [12 months] by clicking the three lines in the upper left corner of your browser > Communities you are currently a member of, or by going to the +KIRARI app > Settings > Community Membership Information.
*Due to the specifications of the app payment system, depending on when you upgrade to the 12-month plan, there may be some overlap between the monthly membership fee you have already paid and the 12-month plan fee. Please note that we cannot refund any overlapping amount.
*If you register for the 12-month plan after your app subscription has expired, a new membership number will be issued. If you wish to continue using your original membership number, please contact us using the form below.

*During the opening hours and after the performance, communication difficulties are expected due to heavy traffic. We recommend that you visit the service before the doors open.
*Please note that you can only redeem your reward on the day of the performance for which your ticket was issued.
*Regarding reception before the show or after the show, depending on the number of people in line, you may not be able to redeem your benefits within the allotted time. Also, depending on the situation, we may cut off the line. Members who wish to use the +KIRARI booth should arrive with plenty of time to spare.
