[How to participate in the event]
A serial code will be given to customers who pre-order the product at the designated online shop.
Please access the special page, enter the number of serial codes corresponding to the special event you wish to attend, and apply.
 
Additionally, customers who reserve products at participating online shops using the cart that is eligible for the event application serial code will receive a random member trading card for the number of items reserved.
The random member trading cards will have different designs for each online shop!

■Sony Music Labels will use the personal information of customers provided by the operating company only for the purposes of disclosure described above (1), (2), and (3), and will not use it for any other purpose. Furthermore, personal information that has fulfilled the above-mentioned "disclosure purposes" will be immediately returned to the operating company or promptly disposed of in an irretrievable format.

 
[Notes regarding the individual yukata two-shot photo session with each member]
- One photograph will be taken with one member and one customer.
- The photo shoot will be conducted with both the customers and the members seated.
For participants who are elementary school students or older, one "two-shot photo session participation ticket" is required per person.
・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
・If you are bringing a preschool child, please carry them in your arms rather than using a stroller or walking.
・Standing positions will be designated by the event organizers. Markers will be placed at your feet, so please be careful not to go beyond those areas.
・Photography of only members excluding customers will also be refused.
- Poses cannot be specified, and the members' poses will be announced on social media on the day.
Holding items such as merchandise during photography is prohibited. Additionally, if you participate with items hanging from your clothing that staff deem inappropriate, you may be denied participation or asked to temporarily store your belongings.
・Please make sure to put all electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, and smartwatches other than the device you will be taking photos in the back of your bag before participating. You will not be allowed to participate while wearing a mobile phone, smartphone on your shoulder, or smartwatch.
- Photography will be conducted using the customer's own devices, which can include mobile phones with camera functions, smartphones, or tablets. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. Please ensure that your camera app is ready to launch before lining up for the event.
・We will handle mobile phones with the utmost care, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.
- The camera mode during the shoot will be the normal camera mode. The use of apps is prohibited.
Actions such as making members carry items, wear items, or squat are prohibited.
The acts of touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, moving directly behind members, and sitting or squatting are prohibited.
During the filming, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please understand that items deemed dangerous by the staff will be temporarily held before filming. Participation with items such as fans or boards is also not allowed.
・If you are using an iPhone (or any other iOS device), please hand your camera to the camera collection staff with the home screen displayed, not with the camera app open. The staff will check to make sure that the screen recording and audio recording functions are not activated. Please note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated with the intention of screen recording. If the staff checks the device after collecting the privilege ticket and finds that the screen recording function is activated, we will consider this to be "an unethical act of attempting to intentionally record a video of the privilege event and disrupt its smooth operation and progress." In this case, we will disable the recording function and return the device to you without taking any photos of the privilege event. The privilege ticket will be collected and will not be returned.
- Any recording other than still images during or after shooting (i.e. video recording, audio recording, screen capture functions (e.g. iOS Live Photos function, screen recording function, etc.)) will be deleted and the device will be returned to you as is.
・Please make sure to turn off the "Predictive Shooting" function on your Xperia mobile device. To check the setting status, check "Predictive Shooting" in the "Premium Auto" settings menu. Shooting is not possible when it is set to "Auto." Please make sure to set it to "Disabled" (OFF) or shoot in normal shooting mode.
・In order to confirm the settings, the order in which you are guided to take photos may change in some cases.
・If on-site staff suspect that you are using a function other than the screen recording function, you may be asked to close all running apps. If you are currently working on your device, be sure to save your work and close the app before lining up, making sure that no apps other than the camera are running. (Please do this yourself before taking photos. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur due to closing apps.)
・Retakes are not permitted as a general rule. Staff may ask you to take a new photo at their discretion. In that case, the new photo will be taken first, and then the original photo data will be completely deleted. If you are using an iPhone, we will also ask you to delete it from your recently deleted files folder. If you leave the special event space, we will not be able to assist you even if you return. Please be sure to check the photo immediately after taking it.
・Please turn off all live shooting functions, flash, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth on your smartphone and hand it over to staff.
Depending on the angle, staff and equipment may appear in the background. Additionally, moving the shooting location is not permitted.
・We will generally take photos that include the entire body of the members and customers, but depending on the situation on the day, we may have to adjust the angle of view so that their legs or shoulders are cut off.
Please be aware that customers who have finished their shoot or those who are not part of the shoot are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.
 

[Notes regarding the individual member profile book exchange session]
Please note that you may only give one item to a member per person per participation. We cannot accept letters in envelopes.
- The only items you may give to the members are those that you have filled out using the format distributed in advance on our website, social media, etc. Anything else is not permitted.
- Please do not include any personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or social media accounts on items that you hand to the members.
・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.
- Items given to customers by the members will have the same design at all venues and will be printed. They will not be handwritten.
If you plan to participate multiple times, please line up at the back of the queue again and prepare the corresponding number of profile sheets.
Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited during the profile book exchange session. Please leave all your belongings, except for items you will be handing to the members, at the designated location before participating.
• The contents of any items you hand over to the members will be checked by staff in advance. If the contents are deemed inappropriate, we may refuse your participation.
 

[General notes regarding the event]
*Please understand that participation in any of the fan events may be cancelled due to the member's health condition on the day. Furthermore, these fan events are held solely as a token of gratitude to those who have purchased the product, and we will not, in principle, accept returns or refunds for products due to changes in the participating members.
*If the event lasts for a long time, it may end partway through.
*If it takes a long time for people to line up at the start of the fan event, the event will end as soon as the line is finished. Also, if we set a limit on the number of people in line, we will stop accepting new participants, so we ask for your active participation.
We will strive to ensure smooth proceedings; however, depending on the circumstances on the day, we may have to interrupt or change some aspects of the special event.
*We will refuse entry to anyone with a body temperature of 37.5°C or higher, or anyone with cold symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from pushing yourself.
*If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.
*Depending on future circumstances, the event may be suddenly canceled, postponed, or its content changed. In such cases, we will inform you on our website and other channels before the event date.
The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables individually.
*Bringing carry cases and large luggage into the venue is prohibited. Customers with such items may be denied entry. Please refrain from leaving bags in walkways or at your feet, as this poses a significant danger. We recommend that you store large items in public lockers before arriving.*
*Please note that the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed due to weather, disasters, or the artist's circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
*The event time may vary slightly.
Please refrain from taking photos, directly handing over letters, and giving food, drinks, or gifts during the event, including when members are entering or exiting the venue and during the special event.
*Resale, exchange, transfer, copying, or forgery of event participation rights is strictly prohibited. If discovered, participation rights will be confiscated, and you will be prohibited from entering this event and all future event venues.
 

Transportation and accommodation costs will be borne by the customer. Additionally, in the case of event cancellation or postponement, there will be no compensation for transportation and accommodation costs.
We kindly ask that you refrain from actions that may disrupt the event's production or surprise plans conceived by customers, as they may cause confusion.
*Please note that if complaints are received from the police or the venue, the event may be canceled.
*Please take your trash home with you.
*Waiting for performers to arrive or leave is prohibited.
 

If you fail to follow the above precautions, the event may be canceled.
