[A renewed request to everyone viewing the Shibuya area takeover and Yamanote Line wrapping advertisements]

We continue to receive reports of dangerous behavior and loitering within stations, on platforms, inside trains, and on roads related to the Shibuya Takeover and Yamanote Line wrapping advertisements, as well as extremely risky actions that could easily lead to serious accidents.

We take this situation, which threatens train safety, extremely seriously and feel a strong sense of crisis and deep concern. If the situation does not improve, we will have no choice but to immediately cease displaying the advertisements.

Therefore, we strongly request that you observe public manners and refrain from prohibited behaviors.

Advertising locations are public spaces, and the safety of pedestrian traffic and train operations are the top priorities.

When taking photos or videos, please be considerate of the privacy and potential psychological burden on passersby and passengers near the advertising locations.
Please respect public manners and privacy.

For safety reasons, the following actions are prohibited.

● Loitering and running on station platforms are prohibited.
Please refrain from loitering on station platforms for the purpose of viewing advertisements or taking photos or videos.
Please refrain from running, running onto the platform, or standing on the tactile paving. This is extremely dangerous and could lead to train delays or serious accidents.

● Approaching the train, running alongside it, and taking selfies are prohibited.
The following actions pose a risk of contact with trains and are extremely dangerous. Please refrain from doing so.

- Actions such as running alongside a moving train.
- Taking a photo of yourself together with an advertisement

● Precautions when viewing vehicle advertisements (wrap-around advertisements)
When viewing the vehicle advertisements (wrap-around advertisements), please refrain from stopping or taking photos in places that obstruct other passengers getting on or off the train, taking selfies or photos of stuffed animals at close range to the vehicle, running alongside the vehicle, or any other actions that infringe on the privacy of other passengers.

● Considerations when viewing in-vehicle advertisements (posters, etc.)
We have observed instances of passengers taking photos of in-train advertisements (posters, etc.) by pointing their smartphones or cameras directly at seated passengers, capturing their faces and figures. Please refrain from such behavior.

● Movement within or between vehicles while the vehicle is in motion is prohibited.
Moving around inside a moving vehicle or moving between vehicles is not only a nuisance to other passengers, but also carries the risk of falling and getting injured, so please refrain from doing so.

● Inquiries to station staff are prohibited.
Station staff are not aware of the details of the advertisements. To avoid disrupting station operations, please refrain from contacting station staff.

● No stopping or waiting
Please refrain from stopping, waiting, or forming lines near the advertisements to view them, as this obstructs pedestrian traffic.

● Follow the instructions of the traffic controllers.
Where traffic controllers are stationed, please be sure to follow their instructions.

● Consideration for others
Passersby have priority. Please refrain from asking pedestrians or other people to move (move them aside) for the purpose of taking photos or other purposes.

●Securing tactile paving blocks, etc.
Please do not stop on tactile paving or near informational maps or other directional equipment.

●Baggage management
For security reasons and to avoid obstructing passage, please keep your belongings on your person at all times and do not leave them unattended nearby.

● Prohibition of using smartphones while walking
