[Important Notes Regarding the Lottery-Based Advance Ticket and Performances]
*Please note that payment can only be made by credit card.
*Preschool children are not allowed to enter.
*Each person can only apply once per performance.
*You can purchase up to two tickets per application.
*If applying for two tickets, you will also need to register the full name of your companion.
* It is possible to switch the applicant and accompanying person when applying, but there is a chance that both applicants may be selected.
*Resale of reserved seat tickets is planned for a later date.
*Tickets for this performance will be available for issuance from 10:00 AM on August 31, 2026 (Monday). Please check your seat number on the ticket after issuance.
*Resale for profit is prohibited, and admission with resold tickets is not permitted.
*We assume no responsibility whatsoever for any problems arising from resold tickets.
*You will not be allowed to watch from any seat other than the one indicated on your ticket. Also, exchanging or moving seats is prohibited.
*Please refrain from actions such as stepping into the aisle, running forward, or any other actions that may inconvenience other customers.
*Re-entry is not permitted after entering.
*The names of the applicant and accompanying person will be printed on the ticket.
*We may ask you to verify your identity, so please be sure to bring an official photo ID with you when you come.
*Tickets cannot be changed or cancelled after purchase.
*Tickets will not be refunded except in cases where the organizer deems it unavoidable, such as the cancellation of the performance.
*When purchasing tickets, please consider your own health and circumstances before making a decision.
*Please note that performers and opening/show times are subject to change. No refunds will be given in the event of such changes.
*Recording, filming, photographing, or streaming using video cameras, smartphones, or any other device during the performance is strictly prohibited.
*If you are using a smartphone or other electronic device during the performance, a staff member may speak to you to check on it.
*If any recording, filming, photography, streaming, or similar activities are detected, you will be asked to leave immediately. Please note that no refunds will be given in the event of expulsion.
*Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the auditorium (hydration is permitted).
*Please note that anyone engaging in disruptive behavior inside or outside the venue, or failing to follow the instructions of staff, may be asked to leave or denied entry.
The organizers and the venue take no responsibility for any accidents, thefts, or troubles that occur inside or outside the venue.
*The camera will be in the audience area. There is a possibility that customers may be captured on camera. In addition, footage and photos taken within the venue may be made public or used for secondary purposes. Please be aware of this before attending.

You may bring your own handmade goods, provided that you comply with the following precautions.
◆Notes regarding DIY goods
*Please refrain from using items that emit light or sound, or that use the artist's portrait.
* Hanging flags or other items is prohibited as it is dangerous and may cause them to fall.
*Please refrain from using large items that may block the view of other customers, or connecting multiple items together. Please limit the size of your items to those that fit within the confines of your seat.
*Please refrain from using the merchandise in a way that may inconvenience other customers, such as holding it above chest level or letting it extend beyond your seat. The organizers reserve the right to refuse service if they determine that your use of the merchandise is causing a nuisance to other customers.
Please note that if you do not comply with the above precautions, we may refuse your entry or ask you to leave.
