■Synopsis

Located about two hours by express train from the city center, this resort hotel is bustling with tourists all year round. The beach stretches out before your eyes, and there are many tourist spots nearby. Guests come as they please, whether they are families with children, couples, lovers, or friends.

One early summer evening, a group of men are lined up at the front desk to check in. Nanjo Osamu (Mashima Hidekazu), Natsuki Jin (Mori Shuto), Himuro Suzuro (JINTO YOSHIDA), and Aoyama Kinichi (Seto Toshiki). They are all strangers to each other, and without any real conversation, they each enter a room next to each other. Judging from their clothing, some of them do not look like ordinary tourists, and it seems as though each of them has their own reasons...

Nanjo Osamu is a novelist whose debut work was a huge hit. After his much anticipated second novel, it didn't sell at all, and he hit a writing dead end. As if to escape from his editor, he holed himself up in a hotel to finish writing. However, as he was lazing around unable to make any progress, he suddenly got a call from an unknown number. The stranger said, "I'm going to kill myself now," hinting at suicide, and he began desperately trying to persuade him to...
