We would like to provide details about the release event to be held on March 30 (Sunday) at E BeanS in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture.

[How to participate in the event]

At this release event, we will introduce a pre-application lottery system for 'CD reservation tickets' using the LINE app to alleviate congestion during CD reservations. Additionally, 'talk live viewing area entry tickets' will also be issued on the same day via the LINE app. Please check the details regarding the 'CD reservation tickets' and 'talk live viewing area entry tickets' below.

On the day of the event, customers with a "CD reservation ticket" will be able to purchase the specified products at the special CD sales booth in order of their ticket numbers. The tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis as outlined below.


■ Entry ticket for the talk live viewing area (with a designated number) → One ticket per person per transaction issued via the LINE app.

■ Air High Touch Meeting Participation Ticket → One ticket will be given for each reservation of the eligible product.

■Three-shot photo session participation ticket → One ticket will be given for every two specified products reserved.


・There are two types of special event participation tickets, so please be sure to select one at the register when purchasing.

When making a CD reservation, we kindly ask that only the person making the purchase lines up. (Children may line up together with them.)

The "Talk Live Viewing Area Entry Ticket" is limited in number. It cannot be guaranteed that everyone who holds a "CD Reservation Ticket" will receive one.

Even after the distribution of the "Talk Live Viewing Area Entry Ticket," CD reservations for participation in the special event will still be accepted.

However, due to time constraints, the pre-sale will end as soon as the upper limit is reached. Thank you for your understanding.

For those who wish to have their items delivered, we will provide a "Reservation Product Registration Card" and a "Delivery Address Registration Card." Please make sure to register your reservation products and delivery address on the dedicated site (http://yoyaku.hmv.co.jp) within the validity period stated on the back of the cards.

The "Delivery Registration Card" will be provided one per transaction. You can register up to 20 items with each "Delivery Registration Card."

*Changes or cancellations after your reservation cannot be made, and shipping cannot be consolidated. Shipping fees will be charged for each transaction.

About the Talk Live Viewing Area

Please gather at the designated meeting place indicated on the "Talk Live Viewing Area Admission Ticket" on time.

If you arrive late to the meeting time, you will be directed to the end of the waiting line.

For each "entry ticket for the viewing area," one person will be guided in the order of the number printed on the ticket.

The issuance of 'talk live viewing area entry tickets' will be limited to one ticket per person per transaction, regardless of the number of reservations.

The ticket numbers for the "Talk Live Viewing Area Admission Pass" will be issued randomly. They are not based on the order of reservation.

For entry into the viewing area, one "Talk Live Viewing Area Admission Ticket" is required per person aged elementary school age and older.

Bringing large luggage such as carry-on cases into the viewing area is prohibited. Please store your belongings in public lockers before coming. Customers with large luggage will be denied entry to the viewing area.

The 'talk live viewing area admission tickets' are limited in quantity, and distribution will end as soon as they are gone.

The 'entry ticket for the talk live viewing area' will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

・If you are entering with a companion, they will enter according to the number behind you.


*Please refrain from placing your belongings to reserve a spot or forcing your way in front of people. If we find anyone cutting in line, we will ask that you and your companions who cut in line leave the priority viewing area.


[Notes on watching the talk]

The venue is outdoors. The event is scheduled to proceed in the rain, but there is a possibility of interruption or cancellation in severe weather. Additionally, the use of umbrellas and parasols is prohibited, so please prepare rain gear such as raincoats in case of rain.

- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.

During talks and special events, please be careful not to point your mobile phone cameras towards the stage where the members are, or towards the staff and other guests. If any suspicious behavior is observed, staff will approach you to check the situation.

・If any trouble occurs between customers, the parties involved will have to resolve it between themselves. The organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible in any way.

・Jumping and any other behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers is strictly prohibited.

・Please refrain from bringing anything that obstructs your view into the venue as it will be a nuisance to other customers. Also, holding towels, fans, etc. above your shoulders will be a nuisance to customers behind and around you, so when using them, please keep them below your shoulders. If staff are found to be causing a nuisance to other customers, they may be warned.


[Special event details]

*Participation tickets for the special event vary depending on the type of event. Please be sure to make your selection at the register when making a reservation.

Please note that when making a CD reservation, only the person making the reservation should line up. (Children may line up together with you.)


<Notes regarding the air high-touch event>

We will implement this with a vinyl sheet (splash prevention sheet) placed between the customer and the member.

・Any actions other than air high-five are prohibited.

- Apart from air high-fives, all dangerous actions such as hitting, grabbing, or flicking the seats, as well as talking or calling out loudly, are all prohibited.

The Air High Touch event will proceed in a manner where participants will walk continuously within the designated space without stopping. Please follow the staff's instructions and move forward promptly.

・You may not stop to talk to the members, ask them to call you by name, ask them to pose, etc. Stopping to show messages written on your hands or arms is also prohibited.

・You will not be allowed to participate while holding any objects in your hands, such as a fan or board.

・If participants are elementary school age or older, one "Air High-Five Participation Ticket" will be required per person.

・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

・If you are participating multiple times, please line up at the end of the line again.

・Staff may touch your shoulders or arms to guide you.

・Bringing large baggage to the event is prohibited, so please use nearby coin lockers beforehand.

*Please make sure to put electronic devices such as cell phones and smart watches in the back of your bag before participating. You cannot participate while wearing a cell phone on your shoulder or a smart watch.

・Please bring all your belongings with you when you participate, however, any items that staff deem dangerous will be temporarily stored before you join.


<Important Notes Regarding the 3-Shot Photo Session>

A photo session with 2 members for a 3-shot.


The filming will take place with a vinyl sheet (splash prevention sheet) placed between the members and the customers.

- Pose specification is not allowed; the members' pose will be fixed in a peace sign.

Holding items such as merchandise during photography is prohibited. Additionally, if you participate with items hanging from your clothing that staff deem inappropriate, you may be denied participation or asked to temporarily store your belongings.

We kindly ask that you store electronic devices such as mobile phones and smartwatches deep in your bag before participating. You are not allowed to wear mobile phones on your shoulder or smartwatches while participating.

- The photo shoot will be conducted using the customer's own camera-equipped mobile phone, smartphone, or tablet. Photography with other devices (such as instant cameras, digital cameras, film cameras, or DSLRs) is not permitted. Please ensure that your camera app is ready to launch before lining up for the event.

- Photography equipment such as film cameras and digital cameras cannot be used. Please note that we do not provide mobile phones with cameras. We will handle mobile phones with care, but please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur.

- The camera mode during the shoot will be the normal camera mode. The use of apps is prohibited.

Actions such as making members carry items, wear items, or squat are prohibited.

The acts of touching members, intentionally approaching specific members, moving directly behind members, and sitting or squatting are prohibited.

The customer will stand in the designated spot we have prepared for the photo shoot.

・If a preschool child is participating, there will be only one preschool child per parent.

During the filming, participants are prohibited from bringing personal belongings. Please understand that items deemed dangerous by the staff will be temporarily held before filming. Participation with items such as fans or boards is also not allowed.

For those using iPhone devices (and those using iOS-enabled devices even if not an iPhone), please hand your device to the camera reception staff while it is displaying the home screen, not while the camera is open. The staff will check to ensure that the screen recording and audio recording functions are not active. Please note that the screen recording function will not activate unless the device is operated for the purpose of screen recording. Therefore, if the staff finds that the screen recording function was active when checking the device after collecting the ticket, it will be deemed an act of "attempting to record the special benefits video intentionally, thereby obstructing smooth operation and progress," and the recording function will be stopped. The device will be returned without the special benefits video being recorded. At that time, the special benefits ticket will be collected and will not be returned, so please be very careful. Any recorded data captured while the recording functions (such as video recording, audio recording, or screen capture functions like iOS's Live Photos or screen recording) are ON during or after the shoot will be deleted, and only the device will be returned.

Please ensure that the "pre-shooting" feature of the Xperia mobile device is always turned OFF. To check the settings, go to the [Premium Auto] settings menu and confirm [Pre-shooting]. Photography cannot be performed if it is set to [Auto]. Please make sure to set it to [Disabled] (OFF) or use the regular shooting mode. Please note that, in order to check the settings, the order of photography guidance may be adjusted accordingly.

If the on-site staff suspects that recording is being done by means other than the screen recording function, we may ask you to close all "running applications." If you are performing any tasks on your device, please make sure to save your work and close the applications before lining up, ensuring that no applications other than the camera are running. (You will need to operate this yourself before recording. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from closing applications.)

Re-shooting is generally not permitted. However, there may be instances where staff may request a re-shoot at their discretion. In such cases, the original shooting data will be completely deleted after the re-shoot is conducted. For those using iPhone devices, please also delete the files from the recently deleted folder. Particularly, if you leave the designated area for the event, we will not be able to assist you upon your return, so please understand this in advance and make sure to confirm any issues immediately after the shoot on stage.

Using the flash/strobe function on smartphones and tablets is not recommended. If images turn out overexposed (white-out) or underexposed (dark) when shooting in auto mode, we cannot accommodate re-shooting. Therefore, please turn off the flash and set the mode to one that allows for shooting with ambient light.

Please turn off the smartphone's live function mode and hand it over to the staff.

Please be aware that staff and equipment may appear in the background depending on the angle. Additionally, moving the shooting location is not permitted.

Basically, we will photograph the members and customers in a way that includes their entire bodies, but depending on the situation on the day, we may adjust the framing, which could result in cropping out parts such as legs or shoulders.

Please be aware that customers who have finished their shoot or those who are not part of the shoot are not allowed to wait or stop near the shooting location.

We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a wonderful photo shoot can be achieved within the limited time available.

If a preschool child is participating, only one preschool child is allowed per guardian.


[Notes regarding special events and other events in general]

・Wearing a mask is at the individual's discretion.

- Viewing the exhibit from the top of ladders, platforms or steps is prohibited anywhere in the venue.

Please understand that participation in any of the special events may be postponed due to the health conditions of the members on the day. Furthermore, the special events are held as a gesture of gratitude for those who have made reservations or purchases, and as a general rule, we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for products due to changes in members.

・If the event lasts for a long period of time, it may end halfway through.

・"Benefit tickets" will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

・The details of the special event may change. Please check the progress as in-store staff inform you. Please be sure to check the number of special event tickets you have on hand so that you do not miss out on any tickets or miss out on participating.

・Even if time passes due to people not being able to line up at the start of the special event, we will start another special event as soon as the line ends. Also, if we set the end of the line midway through, we will stop accepting new entries, so please participate actively.

・We will do our best to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly, but depending on the situation on the day, we may be forced to cancel the event or change some of its content.

During the talk live and special events, please be careful not to point your mobile phone cameras towards the stage where the members are, or towards the staff and other guests. If any suspicious behavior is observed, staff will approach you to confirm the situation.

・Due to operational reasons, staff who have taken precautions against infection and disinfected their hands may touch your shoulders, arms, or the photo device to guide you and check how it is operated. Please only participate in the special event if you agree to this.

・Customers with cold-like symptoms such as fever or cough, or shortness of breath will be denied entry. If you are concerned about your health, please refrain from forcing yourself to come.

・If you experience any symptoms such as fever, cough, or body aches, please be sure to contact a medical institution before coming to the venue and receive treatment at a designated medical institution.

・Depending on future circumstances, the event may be canceled or postponed at short notice, or the content may change. In such cases, we will inform you on our website before the day of the event.

・We will not accept returns for any reason other than defective products.

・Actions such as staying up all night or waiting from early morning in order to participate in the event are strictly prohibited.

・Please cooperate in securing space for passage. In addition, waiting or sitting near the event space, or lingering in the aisles or inside the store are strictly prohibited. If you are observed engaging in such behavior, you will be asked to move away.

・The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

・Carry-ons and large luggage are prohibited from being brought into the venue. Customers carrying luggage may be refused entry. Please refrain from leaving luggage on the path of movement in the event venue or in the hallways to secure space by placing luggage at your feet, as this is very dangerous. Please leave large luggage in a public locker before coming.

・Please be considerate of the customers behind you and do not hold fans, towels, etc. higher than face height.

・Due to weather, natural disasters, or the artist's circumstances, the event may be canceled or the participating members may be changed. In the event of cancellation, all transportation costs etc. will be borne by the customer.

・The event time may change.

・Please refrain from bringing in any photographic or recording equipment. Filming, recording, and recording are strictly prohibited. If you are found to be doing so, you will be asked to delete all filming, recording, and recording data, and you will be banned from entering the event venue in the future.

・Please refrain from taking photographs or handing letters or food, drinks, or gifts to members when they are entering or leaving the venue or during the special event.

・Reselling, exchanging, transferring, copying, or counterfeiting event tickets (event tickets for special events, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we will collect your event tickets (event tickets for special events, etc.) and you will be prohibited from attending the event and all future events at the event venue.

・If complaints are received by the police or venue, the event may be canceled.

・Please take your trash home with you.

・The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Please be aware of this.

- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is prohibited.

*Entry into the venue and any plant areas is strictly prohibited.

*The use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, radio-controlled aircraft, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

*During the event, the use of umbrellas or parasols is prohibited when watching from the stands.
