I would like to unlink my fan club.

Once your account has been linked to the fan club, you cannot unlink it yourself.

Please see below for details as instructions will vary depending on your linked fan club.

1. In case of linking to a fan club on a site using a Plus member ID

⇒If the Plus member ID of each fan club is the same and you are a valid member, it will be automatically linked.

We are unable to cancel your fan club connection.

2. When linking to a fan club on a site that does not use a Plus member ID

⇒If you wish to cancel your fan club connection, this will be accepted as a one-time special measure.

Please read the following precautions and then contact us with the necessary information.

＜Caution＞

* Once you have terminated your fan club connection, we will not be able to accept any further requests to terminate your connection.

If you would like to try linking your fan clubs again, please be sure to check carefully before doing so.

*It may take several days for the fan club link cancellation to be completed after we receive your contact.

*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after you have contacted us.

*This office only accepts requests to unlink your ID.
