Changes to registered information

What if my last name changes?

You can change the kanji or kana of your last name yourself from your My Page.

Please follow the steps below to make the change.

▼How to change your registered information

Log in from your My Page, go to "Confirm/Change Registration Details", and make the changes from the "Edit" menu of the item you wish to change.

*If you are using multiple sites with the same ID, you only need to apply for a change on one site, and the information will be reflected on all the sites you use.

There are restrictions on the period and number of times you can change your last name.

・Changes cannot be made within one year of initial registration.

・Changes cannot be made for one year after the change.

If you are unable to complete the procedure yourself, please contact us with the necessary information below.

Please note that we cannot accept name changes that result in the account being held by a different person.

*No changes are permitted even for family members.
