- What if my email address has changed?

You can change it yourself.
After logging in, please go to "Confirm/Change User Information > Member Information > Edit" on your My Page to complete the procedure.
*Please be sure to access the site using a web browser (Safari/Chrome).
After completing the procedure, you will receive a "change confirmation email" to your new address. Please access the URL in the email to confirm the change.
